Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console, Entitlements, Milestones, and CTI integrations.
  • Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
  • Implement Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, and Chat (Live Agent) as needed.

2. System Management & Optimization

  • Manage daily Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor platform performance and maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, and cleanup.
  • Develop and manage Service Cloud dashboards, analytics, and reporting for internal teams.
