Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer at Henkel, you will have the opportunity to become an in-house consultant, gaining experience in the BizDevOps model and learning from a global team of experienced customer service in-house consultants and business process experts. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, and non-hierarchical culture. Your main responsibility will be to support the integration of Henkel's Salesforce landscape with the rest of the IT environment, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and validation rules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with internal colleagues and external consultants to manage, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce Service Cloud Instance on a global scale - Analyze business requirements, develop designs, configure the platform, and maintain the Service Cloud - Test and deploy changes in an existing branching strategy through Azure DevOps - Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and resolve tickets - Drive continuous improvements, write technical specifications, and support the full BizDevOps lifecycle - Design, develop, and deliver new Salesforce features using High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions - Propose and implement process optimizations to increase efficiency and drive user adoption - Ensure code stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of client systems - Write and maintain unit tests and assist with automated testing - Perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes, and implement new features as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Completed university degree or a comparable qualification - 2-3 years of work experience as a Salesforce or Integration Developer - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Lightning) - Proficiency in Azure DevOps processes - Experience working in agile environments, preferably in a SCRUM framework - Proven ability to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions - Salesforce Developer experience, preferably Salesforce certification - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English In addition, Henkel offers a range of benefits to its employees, including a flexible work scheme, diverse growth opportunities, globally wellbeing standards, gender-neutral parental leave, an Employee Share Plan, Group Medical Insurance, accident and term life policies, and progressive OPD policy.
