This role requires extensive field work to identify prospects, present consultancy services, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Food Tech /Science background with MBA is a plus Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B Field sales Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving business growth, preferably in Food & Beverages industry. Strong understanding of business dynamics, and market trends in the food processing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Up-to-date knowledge of food & Beverages industry, regulations, and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: Visit food manufacturing facilities to identify business opportunities and assess consultancy needs. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of consultancy services to plant managers, quality heads, and decision-makers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the food manufacturing sector. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
