Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us take our story to more businesses around the world. What You’ll Be Doing: Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, industries, and client segments in need of animation, explainer videos, branding visuals, or motion graphics . Engage with potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events , and other channels. Conduct discovery calls and pitch our animation services to marketing heads, startup founders, creative leads, and brand managers . Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to create impactful proposals and presentations. Negotiate deals and work closely with the leadership team to close new business. Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using our CRM system to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, nurturing long-term business growth. Provide insights and suggestions to improve service offerings and outreach strategies based on market feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify growth areas and partnership opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in a creative, media, marketing, or tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and comfort dealing with mid- to senior-level decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with a strong appreciation for storytelling, design, and visual content. Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
