Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic BDA to drive our offline sales strategy in Hyderabad. This role involves extensive networking and relationship-building with healthcare professionals (doctors, dermatologists, gynecologists) and health & fitness establishments. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, utilizing strong networking skills and extensive travel to build relationships that convert to sales while educating potential clients about our premium health supplements. Key Responsibilities Networking & Relationship Building : Leverage exceptional networking skills to identify and connect with healthcare professionals and health & fitness establishments across Hyderabad. Extensive Field Travel : Conduct regular in-person visits to potential clients including doctors' clinics, hospitals, fitness centers, and health stores throughout the region. Professional Meetings & Presentations : Create and deliver compelling presentations about Ultimate You products during scheduled meetings with healthcare professionals, highlighting their unique benefits and value proposition. Healthcare Professional Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare practitioners to promote our supplements to their patients/clients. Industry Networking Events : Actively participate in and develop networking opportunities within the health and fitness industry to expand brand awareness and generate leads. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion goals through strategic relationship management. Client Relationship Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Market Intelligence : Gather competitive intelligence and market insights during field visits and networking activities to help refine our sales strategy. Brand Representation : Represent Ultimate You at relevant industry events, medical conferences, trade shows, and networking functions. Regular Reporting : Provide comprehensive reports on sales activities, market trends, networking outcomes, and growth opportunities from field activities. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and promotional strategies based on field insights. Requirements BBA/MBA degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or business development in the health/wellness industry. Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly and effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and surrounding areas for client meetings, networking events, and field activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct professional meetings and build rapport with healthcare professionals. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals in a medical/healthcare setting. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field and meet targets with minimal supervision. Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems for maintaining client records and meeting schedules. Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for extensive field travel. Knowledge of health supplements, nutrition, or related health products is a significant advantage. Experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding of medical sales processes is highly desirable. Passion for health and wellness with the ability to articulate product benefits to medical professionals.
