Role Overview: As a Sr. Graphics Designer / Video Editor at our growing D2C brand specializing in Health Foods and Supplements, you will be an integral part of our creative team. Your role will involve creating visually appealing designs for various mediums and producing high-quality video content while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to optimize your workflow and enhance creativity. Key Responsibilities: - Create captivating visual designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. - Edit and produce top-notch video content from initial concept to final delivery. - Develop motion graphics and visual effects for videos and animations. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to achieve project goals. - Utilize AI-assisted tools for design and video production workflows. - Present creative concepts and finished work effectively to stakeholders. - Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Experience with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and content writing. - Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. - Attention to detail and dedication to quality. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical requirements into creative solutions. - Familiarity with agile workflows and adapting to changing priorities. - Strong presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders. - Willingness to receive and implement feedback effectively. - Prior experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus. Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. Full-time opportunity with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays and alternate Saturdays. Immediate joiners are preferred.)
