Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join

our growing team at a leading printing and packaging boxes manufacturing company. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through both calling and fieldwork.

This role will require strong communication, customer engagement, and market research skills to

support the expansion of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

* Fieldwork & Client Meetings:

- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their packaging

requirements.

- Present and negotiate packaging solutions, pricing, and contracts.

- Provide regular updates and reports on field visits and meetings.

* Customer Support & Relationship Management:

- Develop long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.

- Address any customer issues or concerns to ensure a high level of customer

satisfaction.

* Collaboration with Production & Operations Team:

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that the client’s packaging

requirements are met.

- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for all packaging products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

* Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management,

preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.

- Experience in both tele-sales (cold calling) and field sales.

* Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build relationships and work well with clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- Good understanding of the packaging industry and products (preferred).

- Willingness to travel to client locations for fieldwork.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

* Office-based role with frequent travel to client locations for fieldwork.

* Working hours – 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
