About the Role

Business Development Associates (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right NoBroker services.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Update CRM with accurate customer data and follow-ups.
Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

What Were Looking For

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in inside sales or tele-sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
