Role Overview The Business Development Associate will be responsible for promoting our solar products & services, generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and supporting our mission to deliver clean and cost-effective energy solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, digital campaigns, and local networking. Conduct market research to identify potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial). Meet consumers to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions. Explain system sizing, government subsidies, installation process, and financial benefits. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare quotations and site assessments. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company’s market presence. Maintain follow-up with customers until project completion. Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and conversions. Represent the brand professionally at promotional events and customer meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications Any degree (MBA/Engineering/Electrical degree is an advantage but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in Solar, Marketing, or Business Development preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections confidently. Basic understanding of solar systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM usage. Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
