JD: BDA (Offline Growth) –

Pronto Role Overview As a part of the Offline Marketing team, you will directly support the Senior Offline Marketing Manager in driving on-ground customer acquisition and field campaigns. This role involves executing activations, engaging with residential societies and marketplaces, and ensuring smooth operational coordination during campaigns.

Key Responsibilities • Execute BTL activities such as society activations, apartment demos, market stalls, and community drives.

• Support the hiring, training, and coordination of field promoters for hyperlocal outreach.

• Track leads, maintain real-time reporting, and monitor campaign effectiveness.

• Assist in building and managing partnerships with RWAs, local vendors, and resident committees.

• Ensure smooth handoff of potential customers from awareness to conversion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Content, and Product for campaign alignment. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or consumer-facing roles.

• Comfortable working in field-heavy roles with weekend activations and city travel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow guidance and execute campaigns efficiently with high ownership.

• Hands-on with reporting tools, Google Sheets, and basic CRM systems.

• Fluency in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.

• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
