Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential candidates (construction workers, drivers, electricians, hospitality staff, etc.) interested in overseas opportunities.
• Promote Aurawoo’s Training & Certification Programs, effectively explaining benefits and addressing objections.
• Conduct telephonic/video counseling sessions to convert leads into enrollments.
• Manage CRM records, including lead data, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and improve lead generation.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide post-sales support and assist candidates throughout the training and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in education/training, recruitment, or overseas placement.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain training program details and ROI clearly to candidates.
• Target-driven mindset with strong conversion skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Fluency in

  Hindi and English

  (regional languages are a plus).

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with the blue-collar workforce or international manpower recruitment.
• Understanding of Gulf/Europe migration processes and industry requirements.
