The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our International Job Assistance Program to job seekers aspiring to work abroad. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and customer engagement skills to drive conversions and expand our global client base. Key Responsibilities: Explain and promote Aurawoo’s International Job Assistance Program, highlighting its benefits and success stories.Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, effectively pitching our services to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, understanding their career goals and providing suitable solutions.Conduct consultations to assess candidates’ eligibility for international job opportunities and advise on suitable career paths.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.Stay updated on international job market trends, visa requirements, and recruitment procedures to better assist clients. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.6 months-2 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
