Role Overview

4K Sports Infra is seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist to spearhead the performance of our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Telecallers focused on promoting our cutting-edge sports infrastructure solutions. This role is pivotal in driving lead conversion, ensuring service excellence, and aligning sales strategies with 4K Sports Infra's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

The CRM Specialist will play a key role in generating leads, managing client communications, coordinating with the presales team, and supporting sales pipeline activities. The ideal candidate will be confident in cold calling and telecalling, with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and telecalls to potential customers to generate qualified leads.
  • Explain Tranquil CRM features, use cases, and benefits to prospects and handle initial objections.
  • Coordinate with the presales and sales teams for scheduling demos, follow-ups, and requirement gathering.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, call logs, and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Share marketing collateral, proposal documents, and demo details with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and feedback collection.
  • Identify and escalate high-potential leads for faster conversion.
  • Continuously improve call pitches and response strategies based on customer feedback.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or inside sales (CRM/SaaS domain preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Good understanding of CRM software and its role in business operations.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, CRM tools, and productivity apps.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
