Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated B.Tech graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to understand technical products/services while promoting them to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote products and services to prospective customers and achieve sales targets.
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective sales strategies and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
