Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales of our e-commerce and inventory management software, conducting field visits, managing client follow-ups, arranging software demos, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients for our e-commerce and inventory management software.
• Conduct field sales visits to meet clients, present solutions, and build strong professional relationships.
• Take regular follow-ups with prospective clients and effectively convince them to purchase the software.
• Coordinate and arrange software demo sessions with clients to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to match their business needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting systems.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT/software industry.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT/software sales.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business operations and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
