Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through

  calls, networking, events, and digital outreach

• Conduct engaging tours of the centre, showcasing the

• Build strong pipelines, follow up consistently, and

  convert prospects into members

• Collaborate with the

  Community & Customer Services teams

  to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Track performance metrics, report progress, and meet/exceed monthly targets.

About You

passionate about sales and customer success

• 1–3 years of experience in

  sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  (hospitality, coworking, real estate, or corporate services is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, proactive, and target-driven.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital outreach platforms.
