The Role – Community Associate As a Community Associate , you’ll be the first face and trusted guide for our members and visitors. From smooth day-to-day operations to creating memorable experiences, you’ll ensure Hoffice feels like a second home for ambitious professionals . A Day in Your Life at Hoffice Open the space with energy, ensuring every corner reflects our premium standard . Welcome members and guests with a smile, solving requests quickly—from Wi-Fi to workspace setup. Assist with mail, packages, and meeting room preparations (projectors, catering, etc.). Collaborate with the Community Manager to design and deliver engaging member events. Be the connector—introducing members, helping them network, and growing the Hoffice community vibe . Close the day ensuring the space is as polished and inspiring as when it opened. Who We’re Looking For A natural communicator who can build genuine connections . Positive, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-moving situations. Confident in handling responsibilities independently. Comfortable with basic IT tools (MS Office, email, scheduling apps).
