As a Community Associate, you will be the first face and trusted guide for our members and visitors. Your responsibilities will range from ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to creating memorable experiences that make Hoffice feel like a second home for ambitious professionals. In a day in your life at Hoffice, you will open the space with energy, ensuring every corner reflects our premium standard. You will welcome members and guests with a smile, swiftly addressing requests from Wi-Fi to workspace setup. Additionally, you will assist with mail, packages, and meeting room preparations, collaborate with the Community Manager to organize engaging member events, be the connector by introducing members and aiding in networking, and finally, close the day by ensuring the space remains as polished and inspiring as when it opened. We are looking for a natural communicator who can build genuine connections, someone who is positive, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-moving situations, and confident in handling responsibilities independently. Comfort with basic IT tools such as MS Office, email, and scheduling apps is required, while previous experience in hospitality, front-office, or customer service is a plus.
