As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Koyenco Energy Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Ather dealer located in Perinthalmanna, Tirur, and Malappuram, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers before and after sales. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering innovation in the EV mobility sector. Your responsibilities will include coordinating test rides, managing bookings, overseeing vehicle deliveries, and conducting follow-ups with customers. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer queries, concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Utilizing CRM tools, you will maintain a detailed customer database and ensure timely updates for effective customer relationship management. Collaboration with sales, service, and delivery teams will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction at all touchpoints. Monitoring customer experience metrics and recommending improvements to enhance overall customer service will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or front-office roles. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English languages, basic computer skills including MS Excel and email, and a friendly, patient, and proactive approach to customer interactions are essential. Candidates residing in or willing to work in the Perinthalmanna, Tirur, or Malappuram area will be preferred. The work schedule for this full-time position is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week, with either Sundays off or on a rotational basis. Additionally, the company offers Provident Fund benefits.
