Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) specializing in the IP Surveillance industry at Delcom Telesystem Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting advanced surveillance solutions. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and working closely with clients to address their surveillance and security needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring IP surveillance solutions (e.g., retail, healthcare, education, logistics).
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their surveillance requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing timely support, and resolving issues.
  • Product Promotion and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Present and demonstrate IP surveillance products and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Stay informed about advancements in surveillance technology, including IP cameras, video analytics, and VMS (Video Management Systems).
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Strategy:
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting the IP surveillance market.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless installation and post-sale support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client management, particularly in the IP surveillance or security industry, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IP surveillance systems, including cameras, NVRs, and related technologies, is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical understanding of IP surveillance systems and their applications across industries.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to align client needs with product offerings.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and explain technical details to non-technical clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Okhla Phase- 2, Delhi
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
