Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client engagement, pre-sales support, and lead generation. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (email, social media, outbound calls, etc.)

Support pre-sales activities by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and maintain relationships

Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with prospective clients

Maintain and update the CRM system regularly to track interactions and opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions

Research and analyze market trends to identify new business prospects

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and/or pre-sales support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Good to Have:

Prior experience in the IT sector or with SaaS-based products

Understanding of IT technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms

Experience working with global clients or in B2B environments
