Position Summary: As a Business Development Associate (BDA) specializing in the IP Surveillance industry at Delcom Telesystem Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting advanced surveillance solutions. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and working closely with clients to address their surveillance and security needs. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring IP surveillance solutions (e.g., retail, healthcare, education, logistics). Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings to understand their surveillance requirements and propose tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing sheet metal components and assemblies used in automotive applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and adhere to stringent safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of sheet metal components and assemblies for automotive applications, including chassis parts, body panels, and structural components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project management, to ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, and manufacturable. Use CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA, AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings of sheet metal parts and automotive components.
