Business Development Associate (BDA)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our overseas education consultancy sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for giving Seminars & Demos Regarding Company and leading a team of education counselors/sales executives, developing sales strategies, meeting targets, and ensuring a seamless student recruitment process for overseas education.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Drive conversion of leads through effective follow-ups, consultations, and sales funnels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Explore and establish B2B relationships with colleges, schools, coaching centers, and educational influencers.
• Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and seminars.

• 2–6 years of experience in Business development or Sales is a Added Advantage.
