Business Development Associate (BDA)

This role is a blend of sales conversion, client onboarding, and customer support. You will be the face of the company, ensuring smooth communication, successful client activation, and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

• Engage with inbound leads, explain product offerings, and drive conversion.
• Conduct product demos and highlight value proposition.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals to achieve monthly targets.

Client Onboarding

• Collect KYC documents, business details, and branding requirements.
• Coordinate with tech/design teams for app setup and customization.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process until their app goes live.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries/issues.
• Provide training on CRM usage and platform features.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure renewals.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Customer Support / Onboarding (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English required).
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving attitude.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn software tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
