Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:

The Academic Counselor is responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses, managing admissions, and ensuring a smooth academic experience from enrollment to completion. The role involves counseling, coordination, and maintaining communication between students, parents, and the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on available courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Guide students through the admission and registration process.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for class schedules and updates.
• Maintain student records and follow up on pending admissions or payments.
• Provide orientation and support to students during their academic journey.
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and academic workshops.
• Achieve admission and counseling targets as assigned.
• Maintain positive relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or psychology preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer service.

Pay: ₹10,634.19 - ₹30,422.14 per month
