🎯 Job Summary


As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Groot Software, you will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and closing business deals for IT services.

You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, and managing relationships to achieve revenue targets.



🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions (web, app, marketing).

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the internal development team to prepare proposals and quotations.

• Follow up on leads, send proposals, and convert them into confirmed projects.

• Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly performance reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Represent Groot Software professionally in client meetings and events.



🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Confidence in client interaction (English and Hindi).

• Knowledge of IT services like websites, apps, and digital marketing (training provided).

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.



💰 Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: 7% commission on each closed project

• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month based on targets

• Earning Potential: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000/month (Performance-based)



🕒 Work Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)

• Office-based (Jaipur)

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
