Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team at Samyak IT Solutions. As a BDA, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in various industries. Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present our IT solutions effectively. Build rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify business development opportunities.

Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, strategies, and initiatives.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market feedback to management.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
