Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive working for the Sales Development department in Raipur, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers during the sales process, cultivate strong relationships, and drive sales conversions. Your deep understanding of products and services will enable you to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Support: - Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services to facilitate well-informed purchasing decisions. - Provide prompt and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries, aiming for high customer satisfaction levels. - Customer Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and drive repeat business. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance their overall experience. - Lead Generation and Conversion: - Identify potential sales opportunities and convert inquiries into sales to contribute to the team's overall sales targets. - Track and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling when appropriate. - Product Knowledge: - Possess a thorough understanding of Marble products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales. - Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - Customer Feedback and Insights: - Collect and analyze customer feedback to offer insights for improving sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and address areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
