Business Development Associate (BDA)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
• Research potential clients and target markets.

2. Client Outreach:

• Contact potential customers to present products or services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain communication to convert them into clients.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Promote company offerings to maximize revenue.

4. Product Presentation:

• Conduct online or in-person product demos.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle client queries and provide solutions promptly.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Share feedback and insights from customers to enhance offerings.

7. Reporting:

• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.

8. Market Research:

• Understand competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Suggest strategies for business growth
