Maintain confidentiality of financial data. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and will help ensure accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle daily bookkeeping and general accounting tasks. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Support audits by providing required documentation and reports. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and billing. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0-2years of accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, Odoo or similar. Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
