Role Overview We are looking to hire a competent Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and preparation of detailed cost estimates for government infrastructure projects . The candidate should be well-versed with SOR/DSR-based analysis and capable of preparing estimates for Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) . Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings for civil works. Carry out rate analysis as per applicable SOR / DSR . Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for DPR submission . Work on estimates for government projects such as buildings, water supply, irrigation, roads, etc. Coordinate with design and planning teams to clarify drawings and scope. Assist in preparation of technical and financial documents for government submissions. Review quantities, check calculations, and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Travel to project sites or offices as required for data collection and coordination. Required Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying & Estimation .
