We are a growing civil design and engineering firm delivering high-quality design and consulting services to infrastructure, real estate, and construction projects. We are looking to expand our business development team with a dynamic and articulate professional who can help us grow our client base and project portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil design and construction sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical documents to clients Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums Maintain and update CRM or client databases regularly Support the senior management in executing growth strategies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client relations, or sales in a civil or construction-related field Strong communication skills in English and Hindi – both written and verbal Professional appearance and confident personality suited for client interactions Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to understand technical details and explain them to non-technical clients Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentive structure Opportunity to grow in a dynamic and expanding company Supportive team environment Exposure to top clients in the civil engineering sector Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
