Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Human Resources-cum-Administrative Assistant at SUPALI INFRA. The HR cum Administrative Assistant will support the organization by managing day-to-day human resource functions and administrative operations. The role requires effective communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic HR knowledge to ensure smooth office functioning and workforce management.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal panels.
  • Communicate with candidates via calls, emails, and messages regarding interview status and updates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave data, and basic HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding formalities for new employees.
  • Maintain records of interviews, selections, and recruitment status.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication, including making calls and coordinating appointments.
  • Support senior management with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and office records.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and company events.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of official records.

Social Media & Coordination

  • Manage and update company social media platforms with job posts, announcements, and basic content.
  • Track daily activities and maintain work progress records.
  • Assist in maintaining company databases and contact lists.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
