Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, expanding our client base, and driving sales of IT services and software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions (Software, SaaS, Digital Transformation Services)
• Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM records
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Minimum Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Undergraduate degree
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, digital marketing, software sales, or any related field
• Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ready to work from office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
