Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Associates to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research. Engage with prospects, explain company products, and schedule client meetings or demos. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to drive conversion. Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly business development goals. Build long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Freshers are warmly invited to apply.
