Job Title:

Business Development Assistant

Job Summary:

The Business Development Assistant will support the Business Development team in identifying growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and assisting in the execution of business strategies. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in identifying potential clients, business opportunities, and new markets.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and other documentation as required.

· Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and CRM systems.

· Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and partners.

· Support marketing and promotional activities for lead generation.

· Assist in preparing reports and performance analysis for management review.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

· Maintain professional communication with existing and prospective clients.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client servicing.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the [industry name, e.g., fashion / retail / manufacturing / B2B sector].

· Understanding of sales cycles and business processes.

· Ability to handle client communications confidently and professionally.
