The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales by building strong relationships with retailers. As a SALES MANAGER , you will focus on expanding our market reach, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the successful growth of our brand in the competitive fashion garment sector. Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the retail sectors for men's fashion garments. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and company goals. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences. 2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure a consistent flow of business. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Negotiate , terms, and conditions with clients 3. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, including fabric types, styles, sizes, and customization options. Provide product samples and presentations to clients, showcasing new collections and offerings. Assist clients with product selection and customization to meet their specific business needs. 4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and track progress towards meeting sales goals. Analyze sales trends and provide forecasts for future sales performance and business growth. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately in the CRM. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. 6. Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at trade shows, fashion exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities by attending relevant events and trade shows. 7. Order Processing & Follow-up: Oversee the order process from initial inquiry to product delivery, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently. Address any issues related to product delivery, quality concerns, or after-sales service, working closely with the customer support team. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the garment or fashion industry. Strong knowledge of the men’s fashion garment manufacturing process and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with B2B clients. Languages preferred , Hindi , Marathi and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
