About the Role

ZXGOCORP Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support and expand our business growth initiatives. This role demands a strong professional presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients through both on-site meetings and structured field work.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular field visits to identify, engage, and onboard prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling business presentations and service briefings during client meetings.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business engagement.

2. Market Expansion & Opportunity Development

  • Perform detailed market research, competitor analysis, and field-level market mapping.
  • Identify potential sectors, partnerships, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and deal closure in alignment with company targets.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage negotiation processes, prepare proposals, and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare structured reports for management, highlighting insights, performance metrics, and business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to track leads and maintain data accuracy.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute insights for business strategy refinement.

Candidate ProfileQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
  • Prior field experience or client-facing roles will be considered a strong advantage.
