Serving as a strategic partner to Veekay Group, ZXGO manages end-to-end recruitment and organizational development to support the group’s expansion plans.

Role Summary

As a Business Developer Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across Veekay Group’s various business verticals. You will work closely with Veekay’s leadership team and ZXGO’s consulting unit to align strategic goals and unlock new growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant B2B sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, infrastructure firms, and government stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and growth strategies.
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade expos, and industry events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, progress, and conversion metrics to the management.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or service-based industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across cities and states for client meetings and field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
