We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and secure high-value contracts for corporate events, conferences, and experiential brand activations. The ideal candidate possesses a "hunter" mentality, a deep understanding of the event landscape, and the ability to turn a cold lead into a long-term partnership. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry research. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies. Proposal Development: Collaborate with our creative and production teams to design winning event concepts and bespoke proposals. Pitching & Closing: Lead high-stakes presentations and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging event technologies to keep our offerings competitive. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client data. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in business development or sales, ideally within the events, hospitality, or advertising sectors. Network: An existing portfolio of corporate contacts or a strong ability to build one quickly. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be a master storyteller. Strategy: Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable event strategies. Resilience: Comfortable with long sales cycles and the "hustle" required to win new business.
