About ZXGO: ZXGO is a business technology and consulting firm specializing in Business Process Reengineering, IT solutions, and strategic talent deployment. ZXgo serves as a strategic partner to Veekay Group, managing end-to-end recruitment and organizational development for their business expansion. Role Summary: As a Business Developer , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across Veekay Group’s business verticals. You will work closely with both the Veekay leadership and ZXGO’s strategic consulting team to align business strategies and unlock growth potential. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B sectors relevant to Veekay Group’s offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, infrastructure firms, and government stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. Attend client meetings, trade expos, and industry events to promote services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submissions, negotiations, and deal closures. Provide regular updates and reports to the management on pipeline status and conversion metrics. Key Requirements Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or client relationship roles—preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or service-based industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory ; additional regional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel extensively across cities/states as required for business meetings and field visits. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Employment Type Full-Time On-field role with travel reimbursements and performance-based incentives. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
