Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude. This role requires field sales in a B2B environment, where the executive will be responsible for meeting clients, presenting our products, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct B2B field sales and develop new business opportunities.

 Travel within and outside Vadodara to meet clients, present products, and close deals.

 Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

 Perform constant follow-ups with prospects to ensure business conversions.

 Identify new market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.

 Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 Provide feedback and reports on client interactions and market trends.

Requirements:

 Graduate in any field.

 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B sales experience preferred).

 Own a 2-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

 Excellent communication skills and a strong personality.

 Hardworking, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

 Willingness to travel frequently for business development.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
