To generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients in target international markets — with a particular emphasis on the UK recruitment and outsourcing sector. The role involves proactive outreach, relationship-building, and supporting the sales pipeline through quality lead generation and appointment setting.
• Identify and research potential clients across UK, USA, Canada, GCC, Australia, and New Zealand recruitment and outsourcing markets.
• Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calls, social media, and partnerships.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Client Solutions and Sales teams.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
• Track and report performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue impact).
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication in all client interactions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to identify new opportunities.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Business Development or Lead Generation for an RPO, staffing, or outsourcing company.
• Proven success generating international business, ideally in the UK market.
• Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing models, B2B sales, and client acquisition processes.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in English-speaking countries.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms.
• Excellent time management, organisation, and follow-up abilities.
• Exposure to multiple regions (UK, North America, GCC, ANZ) in previous roles.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or other lead generation tools.
• Experience coordinating with o6shore or remote teams.
• Background in recruitment or staffing industry business development.
• Competitive base salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (depending on
experience)
