Business Developer Executive

You will be the Business Developer responsible for driving business growth and expanding the client base. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities. - Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients through various means such as cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events. - Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase services and solutions to potential clients. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns. - Preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing deals. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments. - Tracking and reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends. - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-oriented mindset. - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.
