Business Developer Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive for our IT division. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing business deals related to software development, web design, or digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT and software services sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in IT/software services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software, and digital services.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at handling client interactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, or freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or mobile app development services.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle.
