Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

  interior design, architectural, and fit-out sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients

  .
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the interior design industry.
• Prepare and deliver

  presentations, proposals, and quotations

  tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the

  design and project teams

  to ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets and business objectives

• Participate in

  industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows

  to enhance company visibility.
• Manage and maintain a

  pipeline of potential clients

  using CRM tools and prepare regular reports on progress.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Follow up on project execution with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture

  , or related field.

• 13 years

  of experience in business development or sales, preferably in

  interior design, furniture, or construction industry

• Strong understanding of

  interior design processes, materials, and project execution cycles

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation

  skills.
• Proven track record of

  sales achievements and client relationship management

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and well-connected within the interior design community is a plus.
