Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)

Job Responsibilities:

• New client acquisition and business development for recruitment & staffing services
• Identify potential companies and generate business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous business
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for closures
• Prepare business proposals and follow up for payments and renewals
• Maintain daily reports and achieve monthly business targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English both)Confident in client meetings and telephonic discussions
• Knowledge of HR / Recruitment industry will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
• Good negotiation and presentation skills

Salary:

• Based on experience and performance (Attractive Incentives Included)
