Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage core accounting tasks including salary processing, tax calculations, GST filing, and day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally Prime and a sound understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Salary Preparation & Calculation: Ensure accurate computation and disbursement of monthly salaries, incorporating allowances, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements. TDS Calculation & Deduction: Calculate and deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for applicable payments and ensure timely deposit and filing of TDS returns. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP): Manage customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, vendor bills, and timely disbursement of dues. GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, ensure compliance with GST laws, and maintain records for audits. Tally Prime Usage: Maintain financial records and entries in Tally Prime, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash transactions, maintain proper documentation, and reconcile cash balances. Invoice Preparation: Generate sales and service invoices with accurate tax calculations and support documentation.
