Job Title: Strategic Sales Intern‬

Location: Jaipur

‭Duration: 6 Months‬ ( Internship + PPO )

‭ Position Overview‬

‭ The Strategic Sales Intern will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion‬

‭ for our screening solution. You’ll work closely with the founders, contributing to growth initiatives‬

‭ while gaining unmatched exposure in the healthcare industry, the sales and marketing strategy.‬


‭ Key Responsibilities‬

‭ 1. Lead Management and Pipeline Development‬

‬‭ Identify & qualify leads from preschools, pediatric hospitals, and child development centres‬

‭ centres.‬

‬‭ Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and track conversion metrics.‬

‬‭ Develop & execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, in-person meetings).‬

2. Sales Support and Strategy‬

‬‭ Support end-to-end sales cycles, including demos, presentations, and follow-ups.‬

‬‭ Assist in crafting sales materials, proposals, and customised decks.‬

‬‭ Align sales and marketing campaigns with effective coordination.‬

3. Customer Relationship Management‬

‬‭ Ensure outstanding service through regular follow-up and relationship nurturing.‬

‬‭ Act as liaison between clients and internal teams.‬

4. Data and Performance Analytics‬

‬‭ Track and analyse lead performance and sales metrics.‬

‬‭ Create performance dashboards and reports for the leadership team.‬

5. Strategic Growth Initiatives‬

‬‭ Collaborate on market expansion initiatives.‬

‬‭ Explore new opportunities in untapped geographies or partner segments.‬

‬Who We’re Looking For‬

‭ Education: Bachelor's & Master's and MBA/BBA/B.Tech in Engineering/ Psychology majors or equivalent with relevant‬ experience (Sales/Marketing/Business Dev).‬

‬‭ Note: We will consider applications with other degrees, too, provided you can provide‬‭ evidence for competence in this field. Please apply if you feel you are a good fit for the job.‬


‭Skills:‬

‬‭Excellent communication & presentation skills. Note: You will be tested for it, among‬ other things.‬

‬Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Canva & CRM tools (training provided)‬

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.‬
