About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of field sales executives. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven sales skills to achieve business targets, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, support client meetings, and ensure high productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in field sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
  • Experience in industries like IT, Digital Products, SaaS, Telecom, or B2B services preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client and team visits.
