Business Developement Manager

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Various locations across Maharashtra
Working Days: 6 days a week

Qualifications:

• MBA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

OR

• Graduate with 5 years’ experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Formation & Leadership – Build, lead, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Target Orientation – Drive business growth through achievement of sales and development targets.
• Team Management – Supervise and coordinate team performance.
• Strategy Formation – Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Client Relations – Visit and manage client relationships effectively.
• Lead Generation – Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Market Transformation – Convert customer desires into needs to align with company offerings.
• Communication Management – Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Policy Implementation – Implement appraisal policies and maintain discipline through unity of command.
• Reporting & Supervision – Oversee team reporting systems and provide supervision.
• Lead Management Systems – Work with lead management tools to streamline processes.
• CSR Activities – Actively participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Organizational Representation – Represent the organization in business, client, and public forums.
• Organizational Value Promotion – Work on SAVE (Sustainability, Accountability, Value, and Efficiency) initiatives within the organization.
